What we collect

When you submit the request form we collect exactly four things: your name, your phone number, the city or area the property is in, and a short description of what you need. There is no email field on the form and we do not collect an email address through it.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics that count visits without identifying individuals.

Why we collect it

To connect you with an independent septic company certified by the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department that serves your area, and to follow up about that request.

Who we share it with

The contractor we connect you with, and the form processor that delivers the submission to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unrelated to your request.

Consent

By submitting this form you agree to be contacted by phone or text about your septic request at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any service. See our Privacy Policy.

Consent covers phone and text contact about your request, because those are the only channels the form collects for. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to service the request and to keep an accurate account of what was passed to which contractor.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
